How far is Grand Teton National Park?
Our vacation rentals are 5 to 10 minutes from Grand Teton National Park.

How far is Yellowstone National Park?
Depending on road conditions, it will take approximately an hour and a half to reach Yellowstone National Park.

Is there a cleaning fee for the rental?
Yes, between $50 and $100.

Is there Internet?
Yes, wireless.

Should I rent a car?
Renting a car is convenient, but not necessary. The START Bus, Taxis, Altrans Shuttles, Tour Busses, and Bike Rentals can help you get around with or without a car of your own.

Long Term Rentals

What is your typical length of a lease?
Six month and twelve month leases.

Are utilities included?
Water, sewer, plowing, landscaping, and trash removal are included. Electric, phone, internet and cable are not.

What deposits are required?
First month’s rent, last month's rent, and a damage deposit of $1000.00 are required.

Are pets allowed?
No.

Is there additional storage?
An array of storage options are available.
